Douglas Benjamin, a retail veteran who joined FJ Benjamin in 1989, has been Group Chief Executive Officer since 2023. He co-founded Kidz Horizon Appeal, serves on several boards, and is Vice President of the Singapore Retailers Association. At Paragon, he launched Avenue on 3, expanding his portfolio of retail concepts.
