









Immerse in the festive cheer with enchanting performances by handbell ensemble Ministry of Bellz and harp ensemble Rave Harpers, as well as award-winning carolling by Victoria Chorale. Joining the celebrations is the elegant Charlene Su, a multi-faceted jazz vocalist with background in vocal performance from SOTA, and the graceful pianist Elizabeth Saw, a classically trained pianist and self-taught pop keyboardist whose performances fuse classical finesse with modern pop flair.
Ministry of Bellz
The award-winning MINISTRY OF BELLZ (MOB) was established in June 2007, with the objective of creating an active state handbell ensemble for current and former school ringers, to continue their passion in the art of handbell ringing, and to promote the 400-year-old art of English Handbell Ringing. As our nation’s Premiere & Independent handbell ensemble, the MOB has amassed more than 400 shows including performances in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, UK, USA, Thailand, New Zealand, Taiwan, South Korea, and Canada.

Charlene Su
Charlene Su is a Singapore-based vocalist, emcee, digital marketer and model with a background in vocal performance from SOTA. A runner-up on The Final One Season 2, she blends her love for music, fashion, and tech into performances, content creation and brand collaborations.

Elizabeth Saw
A classically trained pianist and self-taught pop keyboardist, Elizabeth blends natural musicality with a love for modern pop. A regular on the live music scene, she’s performed at weddings, bars, and concerts — all while chasing her dream of starting a mando pop-rock band.

Not A Clarinet Choir
A mosaic of clarinetists and musicians from different backgrounds, Not A Clarinet Choir aims to explore the possibilities in clarinet music and push its boundaries with an open mind for collaboration and a keen ear for detail.
The group has hosted full-house concerts and organised clarinet workshops with world-renowned clarinet soloists, as well as clinching the first prize, Gold with Distinction, with the highest score across the entire ensemble divisions in the Singapore International Band Festival 2022.

Victoria Chorale
Founded in 1988, award-winning Victoria Chorale is the home of singers from Victoria School and Victoria Junior College. Under the guidance of our Artistic Director, Mr. Nelson Kwei, Victoria Chorale has voyaged to prestigious international festivals in countries such as Italy, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Korea, recently taking home two Gold Prizes and the award for Best Interpretation of Classical Music.
