Valid for single receipt at participating stores. Receipt must be scanned at participating stores on the same day via the in-store Jeripay terminal. Promotion is limited to the first 350 redemptions, on a while stocks last basis. Limited to 1 redemption per member per day.

Max. 5 same-day receipts at participating stores and receipts used to redeem this promotion will not be valid for Christmas Mastercard® exclusives promotion ($30 Mall vouchers). Promotion is limited to the first 500 redemptions for CPM voucher and the first 150 redemptions for BOSS voucher at Level 1 Concierge, on a while stocks last basis. Limited to 1 redemption per Mastercard holder per day. Payment must be made with a valid Mastercard to enjoy the offers. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google pay are acceptable, and shoppers are required to present the digital card stored on the phone for verification purposes. Transactions made with Grab Pay, Fave Pay, Alipay, Shopee Pay and other mobile payments which draws payment from pre-paid/topped up credits are not acceptable. Payment made by the Grab Pay-issued Mastercard is allowed.
All promotions are valid from 29 Nov to 15 Dec (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated. While stock last.
The Paragon Club exclusives promotion is applicable to Paragon Club members only.
There will be no roll-over of Bonus Points that are released if they are not fully redeemed.
Receipts from the Supermarket, Services, and Convenience stores are not accepted for all the promotions unless otherwise stated, and eligible receipts must be unique and not used for any other redemptions prior.
Receipts must be scanned at participating stores on the same day via the in-store Jeripay terminal. All rewards will be automatically credited into the member’s account upon successful validation.
Receipts submitted via Concierge Counter, email to Paragon and Paragon Club and any other platforms will not be eligible for the promotions.
Paragon Club memberships that have been suspended are not eligible to participate in any promotions.
Valid for one redemption per shopper per day, unless otherwise stated, notwithstanding the mode of payment. All redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Redemption must be made by the owner of the credit card/receipt(s) on the same date of purchase at Paragon Concierge, Level 1, unless otherwise stated. Staff from Paragon stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers.
Not applicable for credit top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases. For instalment plans, only one redemption is allowed for the total purchase amount. Splitting of receipts for multiple redemptions is also not permitted. Receipt(s) utilised for redemption in the promotions will not be applicable to other on-going mall or outlet promotions.
With effect from 6 March 2024, all voucher redemptions will not be eligible for points awarding. Vouchers include but are not limited to CPM Vouchers/e-Vouchers, eCapitaVouchers, Paragon Club Rewards e-Vouchers (cash value), Tenant in-store Vouchers/e-Vouchers, CDC Vouchers.
