Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion shall take place from 14 Feb to 30 Apr 2025, both days inclusive, unless otherwise stated and it is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
2. The promotion is applicable to eligible members only.
3. During the Promotion Period, eligible members with an accumulated spend of minimum $300 in max. 2 same-day receipts at participating stores will be entitled to the reward. For the list of participating stores, please refer to our website https://www.paragon.com.sg/paragonclub under “Programme FAQ – Can I earn points from all stores in Paragon”?
4. Receipts must be scanned at participating stores on the same day via the in-store Jeripay terminal. All Rewards will be automatically credited into the member’s account upon successful validation.
5. Receipts from the Supermarket, Services and Convenience stores are not accepted for the promotion, unless otherwise stated.
6. Each member is limited to only one (1) redemption during the Promotion Period.
7. The promotion is limited to the first 500 redemptions for the entire Promotion Period on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Redemption is not mutually exclusive with the other in-mall campaigns and promotions.
9. The Reward is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
10. Paragon Club members that have been suspended are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
11. Staff from Paragon stores are not entitled to participate in the promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers.
12. Not applicable for credit card top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases. For instalment plans, only one redemption is allowed for the total amount purchased.
13. Usage of the Reward does not apply to credit top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases. For instalment plans, only one redemption is allowed for the total purchase amount.
14. Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. By participating in Paragon’s in-mall promotions, you agree that Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided, for the purposes of sending participants any advertisements, info-material or messages (via mail, email and SMS) relating to the Organisers’ products, services and events (“marketing messages”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy available at https://www.paragon.com.sg/pdpa.
