Redemption process in the Paragon Club mobile app:

  1. Login to your membership account and find the “Redeem Promo Code” page in the “Menu” button on the top left corner of the app.
  2. Key in the promo code provided in the email that was sent to you in the “Redeem Promo Code” page and click “Submit”.
  3. View your membership account by tapping on the “QR code” button

Enjoy a complimentary fast track to Prestige tier with a min. spending of $5,000 at TOM FORD.

  • The promotion is only valid for new sign-ups/existing Premier members who have redeemed a unique promo code from 21 Dec 2024 to 3 Feb 2025.
  • Each eligible member can only register and upgrade one (1) account via the Paragon Club mobile app. Promo codes can only be utilized once and are strictly non-transferable.
  • The complimentary upgrade to the Prestige tier is not applicable to existing Prestige and Pinnacle members or members who have been downgraded from the Prestige and Pinnacle tiers. It is mutually exclusive with the accompanying promotions, campaigns, and offers included with the upgrade. It cannot be combined and is not valid with any other upgrading promotions, campaigns, or offers unless explicitly stated.
  • The complimentary upgrade to the Prestige tier remains valid for a duration of 6 months. Within this period, the member is required to spend min. $10,000 in order to maintain the Prestige tier for an additional 12 months starting from the date of fulfillment and successful tier ascension. Should the member not meet the min. $10,000 spend during the 6-month Prestige tier validity period, his/her membership will be reverted to Premier tier.
  • The promo code issued is valid till the date stated in the invitation letter, unless otherwise stated and eligible members must utilize the promo code before the date stated in the invitation letter, unless stated otherwise. To receive the complimentary Prestige membership for 6 months, members are required to download and sign up as a Paragon Club member via the Paragon Club mobile app.
  • Not applicable for credit card top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases. For instalment plans, only one redemption is allowed for the total amount purchased.
  • Paragon Club members suspended are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  • Staff from Paragon stores are not entitled to participate in the promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers.
  • Receipts must be scanned at participating store on the same day via the in-store Jeripay terminal. All Rewards will be automatically credited into the member’s account upon successful validation.
  • Receipts submitted via the Concierge Counter, email to Paragon and Paragon Club and any other platforms will not be eligible for the promotions.
  • Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd (SRPMS) may, in its sole and absolute discretion, amend the validity periods and terms & conditions without prior notice.
  • SRPMS is entitled to terminate the membership if a member is found to be submitting purchases by another person or committing other fraudulent activities without prior notice.
  • SRPMS reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or terminate and/or replace these privileges with other privilege(s) of similar value, in accordance with applicable laws.
  • By participating in Paragon’s in-mall promotions, you agree that Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided, for the purposes of sending or participating in any advertisements, info-material or messages (via mail, email and sms) relating to the Organiser’s products, services and events (“marketing messages”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy available at https://www.paragon.com.sg/pdpa.
