Earn and Redeem

1. Minimum spending of $20 per receipt at participating stores only. Excluding purchase of vouchers/gift cards and Cashcard/Store Value Cards top-up.
2. Same day transactions can be combined to meet the min. spend of $100.
3. A member may earn up to a maximum of 5,000 points at any one of time.
4. Points earned have a 9 months grace period, e.g., points earned in Feb 2022 will expire in Nov 2022.
5. Same conversion rate applies for carpark rebates
6. All receipts must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for points issuance.
7. Receipts submitted at the concierge counter/in-app via “contact us” will require at least 14 business days to be processed.
8. Redemption of points by proxy is not allowed.
9. Voucher redemptions will not be eligible for Paragon Club points. Type of vouchers are, but not limited to, CPM Vouchers/e-Vouchers, CapitaVouchers, Paragon Club Rewards e-Vouchers (cash value), and Tenant in-store Vouchers/e-Vouchers.

Receipt for “Deposit” payment is eligible for points. Kindly only key in the amount of deposit made and not the full purchase amount. Member is required to submit another receipt upon payment made for the remaining amount. Verify the amount paid with charge slip.
