Pei Li of PeiPer is a Singaporean artist known for larger-than-life botanical installations crafted from paper and mixed media. She is also founder of PeiPer Arts School, which inspires and nurtures creativity and bilingualism in children through craft and heart. Pei Li recently created the Blooming Windmill, a breathtaking floral installation for Paragon’s Spring Soirée.
