ASCOTT | Exclusive Rewards from Paragon

Terms and conditions:

• The Paragon Club: ASCOTT| Exclusive Rewards from Paragon (the “Promotion”) shall take place from 5 Apr to 31 Oct 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) both days inclusive, unless otherwise stated and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
• This Promotion is exclusively available for ASCOTT members who sign up as a new Paragon Club Premier member during the Promotion Period.
• During the Promotion Period, new Paragon Club members who make a minimum purchase of $100 across a maximum of five (5) same-day receipts (each valued at $20 and above) at participating stores will receive 25 bonus points (the “Reward”) instantly.
• To qualify for the Reward, receipts must be scanned at participating stores on the same day using the in-store Jeripay terminal. For a list of participating stores, please visit our website here.
• All voucher redemptions will not be eligible for points awarding. Vouchers include but are not limited to CPM Vouchers/e-Vouchers, eCapitaVouchers, Paragon Club Rewards e-Vouchers (cash value), In-store Vouchers/e-Vouchers, CDC Vouchers.
• The reward is limited to the first 1,000 redemptions for eligible new members during the Promotion Period, with a maximum of one redemption per member. While stocks last. 
• The reward will be automatically credited into member’s e-wallet.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other acquisition and/or upgrading promotions, campaigns, or offers unless explicitly stated. However, it is not mutually exclusive with other in-mall campaigns and promotions. 
• The reward is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
• Paragon Club members suspended are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• Staff from Paragon stores are not entitled to participate in the promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers.
• Not applicable for credit top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases. For instalment plans, only one redemption is allowed for the total purchase amount. Receipt(s) utilised for redemption in the promotions will not be applicable to other on-going mall or outlet promotions.Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. 
• By participating in Paragon’s in-mall promotions, you agree that Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided, for the purposes of sending participants any advertisements, info-material or messages (via mail, email and sms) relating to the Organisers products, services and events (“marketing messages”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy available at https://www.paragon.com.sg/pdpa.

• SRPMS’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
• SRPMS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend these terms and conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability to any party.
