Paragon Club FAQ

Paragon Club is a rewards programme, providing shoppers a new way to earn points for shopping and dining at Paragon. These points may be used to redeem different types of rewards and privileges.

Yes, there is no membership fee to join Paragon Club.

You need to download the ‘Paragon Club’ mobile app from the Apple Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for Android phones. The ‘Paragon Club’ app is available for devices running iOS 13.3 and Android 7 and above, and is limited to users in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Register as a member with valid mobile number, your email address and an alpha-numeric password of your choice. Complete a one-time verification of your mobile number to start earning points.

Your membership account will be identified using your mobile number. Each mobile number is unique to each member and sharing of mobile number is not allowed. Your email address will be used in the event if you need to reset your account password if you are holding an international number

You will need to be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the Paragon Club membership

Paragon Club has three membership tiers.

• Basic tier: Premier
  Members will begin with a lifetime membership from this tier upon signing up as a Paragon Club member. The membership cycle reset every 12 months from the anniversary of your membership sign-up.

• Next tier: Prestige
  Members who spent $20,000 Nett* and more within 12 months from the anniversary of membership sign-up, will be upgraded to this tier. Upon upgrade, the accumulated spending will be reset to $0 and members will be required to spend $20,000 within the 12-month membership term to retain the membership tier.

• Highest tier: Pinnacle
  Members who spent $200,000 Nett* and more within 12 consecutive months will be upgraded to this tier. Upon upgrade, the accumulated spending will be reset to $0 and members will be required to spend $200,000 within the 12-month membership term to retain the membership tier.

*Membership tier upgrade will be awarded based on Nett amount spent, after deduction of vouchers used.

Paragon Club memberships do not have an expiry date. However, Prestige and Pinnacle members will have to spend a minimum amount within the next 12 consecutive months from the date of their ascension to retain their membership.

For example:

• Prestige members are required to spend $20,000 or more within the next 12 consecutive months from the date of their ascension to retain their Prestige membership tier.
• Pinnacle members are required to spend $200,000 or more within the next 12 consecutive months from the date of their ascension to retain their Prestige membership tier.

Pinnacle Members will enjoy the exclusive benefits below:

• Enjoy 3X points for all your purchases from the day you upgraded to this tier.
• A warm welcome with $500 worth of Paragon Club points that will be automatically credited to your e-Wallet within 14 business days of your upgrade, with effect from 1 March 2024. Simply open your Paragon Club app to verify within 14 days.
• Receive additional Shopping Vouchers (worth $200) that will be credited to your e-Wallet during your birthday month.
• Access to the VIP powder room (Ladies only). Please visit our concierge at the Members’ Lounge to register for access to the powder room

During your birthday month, the Birthday Treats e-Vouchers will be credited into your Paragon Club mobile app e-Wallet. You may check the e-Greetings sent to your mailbox for the list of Birthday treats. To receive your e-Greeting, ensure you’ve opted-in to email updates under “My Profile”.

Please note that the month in the birthdate field cannot be changed after sign-up. To update it, you may reach out to Paragon Club at paragonclub@straitsproperties.com.sg.

To start earning points, sign up as a member and present your membership QR code, which can be found by tapping the gold circle button at the bottom of the Paragon Club mobile app. Combine same-day receipts to meet the $100 spend requirement, with each receipt being at least $20. Please note that voucher purchases and Cashcard/Store Value Cards top-ups are excluded.

For spending at participating enrichment centres (such as Tree Art), Paragon Club points are earned for every block of $500 in nett transaction amount. For example, if the nett transaction amount at Tree Art is $1,200, Premier and Prestige members will be awarded with 6 points (5 points for the first $500 and 1 point for subsequent $500 spent), whereas Pinnacle members will receive 18 points (15 points for the first $500 and 3 points for subsequent $500 spent).

Upon your purchase, present your membership QR code, which can be found by tapping the gold circle button at the bottom of the Paragon Club mobile app. The staff at the store will scan your QR code, and points will be automatically added to your Paragon Club account.
